How pricing works
BackupMaster pricing is based on your store’s average number of orders per month and the features you need. Order volume correlates closely with overall store activity and the amount of data BackupMaster needs to back up, making it a reliable way to match your plan to your store’s size. During installation, BackupMaster checks your store’s order volume over the past three months and recommends the most suitable plan. Plans that don’t match your order volume are disabled automatically. If your order count is temporarily higher than usual due to a store migration, contact us at support@backupmaster.io and we’ll help you select the right plan. The plan selection screen shows your average order volume alongside available plans, so you can choose confidently.
