How pricing works

BackupMaster pricing is based on your store’s average number of orders per month and the features you need. Order volume correlates closely with overall store activity and the amount of data BackupMaster needs to back up, making it a reliable way to match your plan to your store’s size. During setup, BackupMaster checks your store’s order volume over the past three months and recommends the most suitable plan. Plans that don’t match your order volume are disabled automatically. If your store is new and has no order history, all plans are available for selection. If your order count is temporarily higher than usual due to a store migration, contact us at support@backupmaster.io and we’ll help you select the right plan. Every new installation starts with a 7-day free trial with full access to your selected plan’s features. Charges begin after the trial ends.

BackupMaster offers three plan tiers. Each higher tier includes all features from the lower tiers, plus additional capabilities.

Exceeding your order limit

BackupMaster tracks your order volume automatically. If your store exceeds the plan limit for three consecutive months, you must upgrade to a plan that matches your current order volume. Pricing is tied to order volume, so your plan needs to reflect your store’s actual usage. Your backups continue running while you’re over the limit, so your data stays protected in the meantime. Upgrade as soon as the app notifies you. To upgrade, go to Settings > Subscription in the BackupMaster app and select a higher plan. Your plan is never upgraded automatically, so seasonal spikes won’t trigger unexpected charges.
