Each BigCommerce store requires its own BackupMaster installation and subscription. BackupMaster connects to each store’s BigCommerce API independently. Each store’s plan and billing are managed separately through Paddle. Install BackupMaster on each store individually and choose a plan for each store based on its order volume and feature needs. Plans can differ across stores — for example, a high-volume store might use Plus while a smaller store uses Essentials.
