All BackupMaster billing on BigCommerce runs through Paddle. Paddle handles subscriptions, invoicing, and tax calculations separately from your BigCommerce billing. You don’t need to set up anything in BigCommerce for payments.

Billing cycle

Your subscription renews monthly through Paddle. The cycle starts when your 7-day free trial ends. Paddle sends invoices to your email automatically after each billing cycle. If you haven’t received an invoice, check your spam or junk folder. You can also contact support at support@backupmaster.io for a copy.

Free trial

Every new installation starts with a 7-day free trial with full access to your selected plan’s features. Charges begin after the trial ends. If you uninstall BackupMaster before the trial ends, no charges apply.

Changing plans mid-cycle

You can change your plan at any time. See Manage your subscription for details.

Charges after uninstalling

Uninstalling BackupMaster cancels your Paddle subscription and all future charges immediately. The current billing cycle still applies — charges already incurred are not reversed. See Refunds if you believe a charge is incorrect.
