Open your BigCommerce admin
Go to Apps in the left menu.

Uninstall BackupMaster
Find BackupMaster in your installed apps list and select Uninstall.
What happens after you uninstall
- Billing: Your Paddle subscription is canceled automatically. Any pending charges already incurred still apply.
- Backup data: Your data is kept for 7 days, then permanently deleted. See Data retention for details.
- Store code: BackupMaster doesn’t inject code into your store, so there’s nothing to clean up.
