## Support channels

* **In-app messaging:** available inside BackupMaster in your Shopify admin

Both channels reach the same support team. We usually reply within a few hours during business hours.

## What to include

* Your store name.
* A description of the issue or question.
* Screenshots of any errors or unexpected behavior.
* Steps to reproduce the issue, if applicable.
